New Orleans Cuisine Catering Options

New Orleans is synonymous with food, music, art and culture. After living there for several years I inevitably soaked up as much as I could and brought it back in my heart, body and soul to the UK. New Orleans is famous for its unique celebrations such as Mardi Gras, Revillion, All Saints Day, Jazzfest and Essence Fest all of which are about getting people of all ages and backgrounds together for food, music, dancing and general frivolity.

Duck and Chorizo Gumbo

Served with rice, this hearty soup features the New Orleans 'holy trinity' of onion, celery and peppers and seasonings like paprika, cayenne pepper. All main ingredients can be added or substituted for example, chicken, prawns, sausage, crawfish and vegetarian options.

White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Another New Orleans classic. This bread pudding has a toasty top covering it rich smooth layers of fine white chocolate and homemade bread. It is served with a white chocolate custard and fresh seasonal fruit to cut through the sweetness. One of my most requested puddings it can be ordered in individual portions, medium, large and extra large serving trays.
